Since its opening in 1984, Hasaki has become an East Village NYC institution beloved by many for its authentic, traditional Japanese cuisine.

  • Hirame Tartare. Fluke kobujime, shallot, bamboo shoot, red curry sauce, crunchy chile oil, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, served with shrimp chips
  • Sawara Tataki. Seared Spanish mackerel, shiso vinaigrette, mizuna, onions, myoga, topped with crispy onions & parmesan cheese

  • Vanilla Mille Crepe Cake. Delicate layers of crêpes and light cream, finished with a sweet-tart house blueberry sauce
