  • Corn Salad. Sweet corn tossed with tomatoes, long beans, garlic, fresh chilies, and anchovy dressing

Main Course

  • Spicy Volcano Noodle — normally $33. Spicy stir-fried noodles with braised beef rib, onions, bell peppers, dried chilies, basil leaves, and our signature house sauce
  • Nuer Yang — normally $25. Grilled marinated ribeye served with spicy jaew sauce and sticky rice
  • Pla Tod Yum Mamuang — normally $33. Crispy fried branzino fillet topped with green mango salad, cashews, and shallots. Served with jasmine rice

  • Pandan Coconut Panna Cotta. Silky coconut panna cotta infused with pandan, topped with toasted sesame seeds, whipped cream, and pandan syrup
