- 30 Day Jyukusei New York Strip Steak — left unpriced: the regular menu’s version may not be the same portion or cut. 8oz; chef selected USDA 30 day dry aged beef with herb lemon butter, soy lemon onion sauce and wasabi cream sauce on the side (14oz +$35)
- Atlantic Salmon — normally $43. sesame crusted skin with teriyaki sauce and sesame cream sauce, on a bed of scallions
