- Aubergine Roulette — normally $18 (best value in this course). (Vegan; GF available) Delicate Japanese eggplant rolls filled with walnut mousse, served with pomegranate emulsion
- Scrambled Eggs (3) — normally $17. (Vegetarian) Scrambled eggs with nettle, spinach, and blended cheese, served with Dzirdzi (traditional Georgian yogurt and herb sauce) and toasted Shoti bread.
- Chikhirtma Chicken Soup — normally $16. Traditional sour chicken soup with mushrooms, chives, and a slice of lemon.
Second Course
- Penovani Khachapuri — normally $17. (Vegetarian) Puff pastry filled with our signature cheese blend, topped with grated smoked sulguni and Kindzmari sauce.

- Adjaruli Khachapuri — normally $23 (best value in this course). (Vegetarian; GF available) Traditional boat-shaped bread filled with molten cheese, topped with runny egg yolk and butter.
- Kharcho Soup — normally $17. Slow-cooked beef brisket and rice in a Georgian-spiced broth, topped with fresh herbs.
