- Roast Wagyu Salad — normally $22 (best value in this course). Chuck rib, burrata, organic greens, port wine, balsamic
- Japanese Curry Bread. Minced wagyu, curry spice, tarragon, cream
Second Course
- Wagyu Sukiyaki. Wagyu striploin (80g), napa cabbage, chrysanthemum, tofu, mushroom, bean sprouts, sukiyaki broth, served with rice
- Wagyu Hamburg Steak — normally $45. Teppan wagyu patty (150g), grated daikon, ponzu shoyu, served with sautéed vegetable and rice
- Wagyu Fried Cutlet — normally $60. Wagyu ribeye tonkatsu (100g), Osaka-style house sauce, served with cabbage salad and rice
- Steak And Frites — normally $100 (best value in this course). Teppan wagyu ribeye steak (200g), ponzu shoyu, served with house salad and fries
Third Course
- Basque Cheesecake — normally $10. Basque cheesecake with sake lees, strawberry sauce
- Coconut Biancomangiare — normally $8. Coconut flan, mango and pineapple sauce, hint of rum
